This private integration is provided by Aquila Veritas Pte Ltd for authorized accounting access to its clients’ QuickBooks Online companies. The current portal version retains one company connection at a time; it is not yet a multi-client connection manager.
Authorized use
Only approved operators may use the service. The person authorizing Intuit access must have authority to connect the selected client company. Accountant status alone does not establish authority to consent on a client’s behalf. Users must verify the company selected and protect their operator credentials.
Service scope
The current version retrieves company information and chart of accounts. It exposes no accounting write operations. Intuit’s Accounting authorization scope is broader than these implemented features. QuickBooks availability, permissions, and API limits remain subject to Intuit’s terms.
Review and support
Users remain responsible for reviewing retrieved data before relying on it for accounting, reporting, or filing. This integration does not replace professional judgment. Contact admin@aquilaveritas.com for support and disconnection.
Permission and restrictions
Aquila Veritas permits approved operators to use this service for the selected client’s authorized accounting work. Permission ends when authorization is withdrawn or access is revoked. Users may not share portal credentials, access another client without authorization, resell access, or use client data for model training or another client’s benefit.
Availability and engagement terms
Service may be interrupted for maintenance, security or upstream API failures. Accounting work remains subject to the client’s agreed engagement terms. These integration terms do not create a new service fee or subscription.
